Sam Sparrow and Lea Rice are the feisty female duo on a collaborative mission to bring you honest girl-about-town adventure, hot gossip, hilarity, exclusive interviews, a dash of tuneage and most importantly, more tea and cake than you can shake a stick at.

Fed up with podcasts dominated by techie old men, and magazines plastered with scrawny malnourished women, they set about in July 2011 to bring something different to the ears and eyes of intelligent and sharp thinking women (and men) everywhere. The High Tea Cast tackles topics and issues in the way only your best friend would know how to – honestly, and to the point.
