We’re Alex and Karis, a Brit and an Aussie, both living in Bristol. We met on twitter nearly 3 years ago through our love of food and have been firm friends ever since. We love a good story, especially if it involves food. We both grew up around it and will talk under water about what we’re eating, what we want to eat and what you might be eating, if you let us.
At the Sauce features casual conversations with people from across the food and drink spectrum – from a Welsh pig farmer to the Head Cider maker at Thatchers and from food critic Grace Dent to a Herefordshire forager and food waste charity in Leicester. If there’s an interesting story, we’ll find it and record it.
