The world's greatest film score podcast was born in little, old London in 2015, when the show's host and producer Perry J. O'Halloran realised there were no podcasts for adoring like-minded fans of movie compositions and their legendary composers.
With more than ten years experience in television and music video production professional writer, producer and director Perry has enjoyed a lifelong obsession with films and the music that accompanies them, making him the ideal person to curate and present some of the most beloved and cherished musical pieces in cinematic history as well as a vast collection of rare and unique selections along the way.
"I love a good podcast. There's nothing better to get you through those long tube journeys than an entertaining and interesting podcast to listen to. But I was so surprised to find there wasn't anything for people like me who love film music and want to hear amazing, inspiring and unusual compositions they've never heard before. Not to mention that film scores and their genius composers are still such a crucial and underrated part of the film-making process. Without them we'd often lose all emotional connection with these characters we love, fear and fear for.
